THNDR Trailer’s rear dump trailer uses Mallory type (T type), single cylinder floating connecting rod type (F type), or front direct top type hydraulic lifting mechanism. Hydraulic parts are from reputable domestic or international brands, which are always inspected and used strictly according to the requirements of quality system documents to ensure the best performance. The auxiliary frame and carriage vertical beam are welded and bent by high-quality manganese plate. The trailer carriage has three types: dustpan shape, rectangle shape, and U shape. The trailer has characteristics such as high strength, strong lifting force, efficient unloading, and so on.

THNDR Trailer implements advanced manufacturing technology, applies automatic submerged-arc welding for the vertical beam, and performs shot blasting treatment for the frame to remove welding stress effectively. Advanced equipment and technology are utilized during the entire production process to ensure formation and assembly accuracy.

THNDR Trailer’s lightweight semi trailer includes a series of semi trailer products such as dropside semi trailer and cargo semi trailer. It uses a W-shape through-going beam, which increases the contact surface of the through-going beam and floorboard, reducing floorboard sinking caused by cap steel. The tare weight is about 1.5 tons lighter than standard products.
