High strength steel: The material of the web plate and key positions uses high strength low alloy steel with advanced domestic technical standards.

THNDR Trailer implements advanced manufacturing technology, applies automatic submerged-arc welding for the vertical beam, and performs shot blasting treatment for the frame to remove welding stress effectively. Advanced equipment and technology are utilized during the entire production process to ensure formation and assembly accuracy.
