THNDR Trailer’s Skeleton semi trailer is one of our main products. This series of semi trailers uses a through beam structure, where the frame structure has a flat type or gooseneck type. It has the characteristics of high integral strength, small weight, elegant appearance, strong loading capacity, and reliable operation.During production, advanced manufacturing technology such as automatic submerged-arc welding for the vertical beam is used. The van transporting semi trailer frame uses a no-vertical beam structure and through-going beam type structure. The longitudinal beam uses a flat type or gooseneck type and is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. The trailer frame undergoes shot blasting treatment.

The van trailer is divided into van transporting semi trailer and class II special frame modified van trailer. The trailer’s structure is an integral frame welded by high-quality steels such as channel steel, iron sheet, and PVC. The box van semi trailer is mainly divided into wing opening type, side blind type, and normal van trailer.
